Our moving truck is available to clients at no charge. Please review the following guidelines before scheduling your pickup.

Pickup Hours

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our office is not staffed on Saturdays or Sundays, so the truck cannot be picked up or released on weekends.

What to Bring

Please arrive with both of the following:

• A valid driver's license
• A current auto insurance card

If your insurance card has expired, we will ask you to log in to your provider's website and download an updated copy before the truck can be released. This will delay your pickup, so please confirm your card is current before you arrive.

At Pickup

You will complete a short rental agreement in our office. After that, a staff member will walk the exterior of the truck with you to document any existing damage before you drive off.

Usage Terms

• Maximum rental period: 3 days
• Mileage limit: 300 miles total
• Fuel: The truck is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. It takes regular unleaded fuel only.
• Tolls: Please avoid all toll roads unless you have your own E-ZPass transponder.

Equipment Included

A hand truck is available in the vehicle, along with the bungee cords needed to secure it. Moving blankets are not provided, so please plan to bring your own padding or protective materials.

Please measure any doorways, garages, or parking structures along your route to confirm clearance.
