At Team DDA, besides helping our clients, we are also passionate about making a meaningful impact by serving and volunteering in our community.

Our mission includes raising funds for local charities, volunteering time within the community, partnering with organizations and individuals to raise awareness for those in need, and distributing funds in an impactful way. The DDA Love Foundation allows each member of Debbie Doğrul Associates to give back to the community that has given us so much.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Giveaway

Once again, the DDA Love Foundation is giving away Thanksgiving Dinner Care Packages to local neighbors in need in the Northern Virginia community. Nominate a neighbor, a family member, a friend, a teacher, a front-line worker, or even yourself! Anyone you think would appreciate the support this year is eligible.

The Thanksgiving Dinner Care Package will include non-perishable sides and ingredients for a delicious home-cooked holiday meal, PLUS a $25 grocery gift card to select the perfect main dish and final touches needed to make your holiday special.

One nomination per family. Recipients will be contacted in early November to coordinate picking up the care packages at our new office at 9735 Main Street #100, Fairfax VA 22031.

The annual DDA Love Foundation Resilience Scholarship is awarded to rising high school seniors who have demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity. They are chosen for their commitment to making a positive impact through service, leadership, or community involvement.

The DDA Love Foundation is proud to partner with Palmetto International Missions to help build homes and support families in need in the Copán region of Honduras. Because of the incredible generosity of our clients, partners, and community, this mission has grown into something truly meaningful—creating impact not only here in Northern Virginia, but far beyond.

Together, we’re showing that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about creating hope, serving others, and strengthening the communities we’re privileged to be part of.

In 2026, we’ll return to Honduras to continue this important work, staying committed to our mission of enriching and impacting lives—both close to home and around the world.

Bingo Night Fundraiser 2026

The annual Bingo Night at the Auld Shebeen in Fairfax City raised $24,000 for four organizations serving our community: Food for Others, The Lamb Center, Phillips Programs, and Palmetto International Missions.

Food Drive 2026

We are incredibly proud to announce that our team was able to donate over 1,300 lbs of food during our recent community food drive! Hosted at the Kings Park Giant, the event was dedicated to supporting Food for Others and their vital mission to assist families facing food insecurity across Northern Virginia. Driven by DDA Love’s core commitment to serving and uplifting our local community, we gathered essential items that will go directly into the hands of neighbors experiencing hardship. We are so grateful for the overwhelming generosity of local residents. Your contributions made this drive a massive success and profoundly strengthened our ongoing efforts to help those in need.

2025 raised donations

Through the DDA Love Foundation, we were honored to support The Lamb Center, Food For Others, and Phillips Programs with charitable donations funded by our 2025 fundraising efforts. These contributions reflect our continued commitment to serving our local community by addressing critical needs including homelessness, food insecurity, and mental health and behavioral support services. We are deeply grateful to our clients, agents, and partners whose collective support makes it possible to create meaningful impact beyond real estate!

Some members of our team helped support a local Thanksgiving initiative that provided 100 holiday meal packages to neighbors in need throughout Northern Virginia. The packages included non-perishable sides, ingredients for a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal, and a grocery gift card to help families complete their holiday table. Our team assisted with organizing, preparing, and distributing the packages to ensure local families received support during the holiday season.

Members of our Team DDA family traveled to Honduras to help build homes and support communities in need. Thanks to the generous support of our clients, partners, and community, we’ve been able to make a meaningful impact both here in Northern Virginia and abroad. Together, we’re demonstrating that real estate is about more than homes. It is about hope, service, and strengthening the communities we touch.

Food For Others 5k Race 2025

Some members of our team participated in the 12th Annual Tysons 5K & Fun Run to support Food for Others and raise awareness for the 75,000+ individuals facing food insecurity in Fairfax County. We were grateful to join the community in helping local families and children in need through Food for Others’ essential programs.

Impact Day - July 2025

Some of our amazing team members took time off on DDA Love Impact Day to give back—volunteering at The Lamb Center and Food for Others. We're proud to support these incredible local organizations and continue our mission to enrich and impact lives through real estate and service.

Food Drives 2025

Throughout the year, the DDA Love Foundation has proudly hosted several food drives at the Kings Park Giant store to support Food for Others. Based in Fairfax, Food for Others works hard to make sure no one in Northern Virginia has to choose between food and other basic needs like housing or healthcare. They provide meals and groceries to families facing food insecurity, often through donations and rescued food. Supporting this incredible organization is just one of the many ways we stay committed to giving back to our community.

Winter Coat Drive 2024

Each holiday season, we are inspired by the generosity of our incredible clients who support our winter coat drive. While picking up their complimentary holiday pies, many also donated gently used coats, which we sorted and delivered to local charities The Lamb Center and ECHO. Your kindness makes a meaningful impact in our community—thank you for your continued support!
