Trish Marcaida

Trish has been with the team for over ten years. She began her journey as a Transaction Manager on the listing side before transitioning to working directly with buyers after earning her degree from George Mason University. Her passion for helping clients make informed decisions led her to excel in buyer representation.

After several successful years guiding buyers, Trish stepped into the role of Lead Inside Sales Agent, where she helped connect clients with our top-tier agents. She played a key role in building and optimizing the department, which ultimately led to her current position as Sales Manager. In this role, she works closely with both the inside sales team and buyer agents to ensure they consistently deliver outstanding service while upholding Team DDA’s mission and vision.

Originally from the Philippines, Trish enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cycling in her free time.
