Melissa Melendez was our agent and she is amazing! Such a wonderful person all around. She kept in communication throughout the process and answered our calls and messages everytime we needed something. My wife and I sprung a surprise call to Geoff when an opportunity came up to buy a house directly across the street from a family member. We previously purchased a house through Geoff years prior.
