He did not let the fact that we live in Maryland and he lives/works in Virginia deter him in any way from working with us. We went from listing to closing in barely 30 days and had a bona fide offer the very first day!  When we had questions with the closing process (it had been 30 years since we bought or sold property and a lot has changed), Nathan was quick to give us complete explanations and to explain options for all issues. We couldn’t be happier with an $80K over asking price within the first 36 hours of listing. Jamie, Melissa, and Desiré were great.
