As the Marketing & Technology Specialist at Debbie Dogrul Associates, I bring more than two decades of experience in technology, digital photography, and real estate marketing to one of the most trusted real estate teams in Northern Virginia. I joined DDA in 2003, and ever since, I’ve been dedicated to elevating the client and agent experience through thoughtful branding, innovative technology solutions, and high-quality visual marketing.

In my role, I manage a wide range of marketing initiatives — from direct mail campaigns and targeted digital advertising to graphic design, professional listing photography, and property video production. I also provide in-office technology support, ensuring our 35+ full-time Realtors have the tools they need to serve clients at the highest level.

Working behind the scenes is where I thrive. I love blending art, technology, and strategy to help our agents showcase homes beautifully and connect with the right buyers. With a background rooted in digital creativity and problem-solving, I’m passionate about supporting the systems that keep our clients informed, our marketing sharp, and our team ahead of the curve.
