As a Client Care Coordinator at Debbie Dogrul Associates (DDA) with eXp Realty, I have the privilege of being one of the first impressions potential clients have of our team. I focus on building genuine connections, listening carefully, and understanding each person's unique real estate needs and goals.

Outside of real estate, I am a wife and proud mom of two boys. I love trying new experiences, visiting every coffee shop I can find, and traveling. Fall is my favorite season. Especially pumpkin patches, crisp weather, and apple cider donuts!

"We worked with Harrison Williams to buy our home and we cannot recommend him enough! Our Story with Harrison Williams Is a Cinematic One! We had been debating home ownership since before the pandemic. In summer 2023, we decided to visit a few open houses just to understand what single-family homes and townhomes in Northern… Virginia looked like. Having lived in an apartment, we really had no idea what we wanted. At one of those open houses, we met Harrison Williams. We spoke for maybe five minutes about random things—including how a fireplace could be converted into a pizza oven! We left, visited a few more houses, and eventually returned to our “still undecided” phase. Fast-forward two years. We were still discussing home ownership, so we finally decided to speak with a realtor. Although friends had recommended several, that brief conversation with Harrison had somehow stayed with us. We couldn't remember his name—only that it started with an “H” and that he had told us to check his Zillow reviews. After two days of searching Zillow, we found him. When we met, Harrison surprised us with a printout of the exact house where we had first met two years earlier. At that point, we knew this was meant to be. He taught us how to identify red flags in a property and taught us to make informed decisions. He was amazingly detail oriented and knowledgeable. He took us to many properties to teach us about different home styles so that we can identify and understand what we want as our home. He was incredibly patient and at the same time direct with us as he guided us through the tough NOVA real estate market. He coached us to understand what we need and want in a house. It took one year for us to find our house, but he never pressured us. When at times, the house hunt became frustrating, he would bolster our spirits. He always says ‘right house will find you’ and it did. We did not find our house, the house found us and Harrison was instrumental in making that happen. Our home was not in our radar of potential houses. Harrison found it for us. He could see us living here. He called us and asked to come see it. And then rest is history. For us the ‘putting in proposal was a cakewalk’ thanks to Harrison as he had already prepped us up and ready to go with the mortgage company. With his incredible negotiating skills, he secured our house with favorable terms for us from multiple offers. We realized that finding and securing the house is just half the battle. As first time home buyers, we didn’t have a clue about the process. But Harrison coached us through that and made it as seamless as possible. The offer-to-close on our house took just 16 days. He has a very good network of lender, mortgage company and title company which made the process efficient and smooth. Even after closing, Harrison checked in with us periodically to make sure everything is working out right and our moving in was easy. He gave us practical advice and tips which are very helpful as we navigate our new home. We cannot vouch enough for Harrison. As his clients, you are going to get a realtor who is personally invested in you, who looks for your best interest and who accommodates even your trivial (to many) requisites ( We wondered how he does that as his client cards are full ). He is very responsive and is reachable day or night, weekday or weekend and even on vacation. He is quick to address any concerns you might have. He is a person with integrity and very honest.
