Throughout, he had strong communication and rapport and utmost professionalism with the listing agent and our mortgage lenders, just as I predicted and hoped he would. I don’t have a doubt in my mind that in this highly competitive market, Donovan was our guardian angel. This is the home we’ll live in until our little ones head off to college, and long after. It's our forever home. We look around and feel like we’ve somehow caught a chapter of the American dream.
