We’re thrilled to announce that Debbie Dogrul Associateswill be participating in the Lake Braddock Community Association (LBCA) Labor Day Carnival this Sunday, August 31, 2025, in Burke, VA! This beloved end-of-summer tradition is a highlight for our community, and we’re excited to be part of it again.

The carnival, open to all LBCA residents with ID, is held in the parking lot of the Ashbourn Community Center and offers a full day of family-friendly fun with moon bounces, an inflatable slide, games, music, a beer garden, food vendors, a snow cone truck, and even the community pool open for the occasion. Several tents will also feature opportunities to meet the Board of Directors, learn about committees, and sign up to volunteer for future events—all organized by dedicated community volunteers. Best of all? There’s no admission fee!

One of our favorite activities is making the day extra special for kids with our Coloring Contest, and we’re bringing it back this year! Children will have the chance to win a brand-new bike by showing off their creativity. After the carnival, all entries will be posted on our Facebook page: facebook.com/ddarealestate. The community will get to vote for their favorite artwork, helping us select this year’s winner and celebrate the talent of our young neighbors.
