With over 23 years of experience in real estate, Jin brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Managing Partner and Director of Residential Investments at Debbie Dogrul Associates. He has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership, while also assisting investors in achieving their financial goals by minimizing risk and maximizing returns.

Jin’s journey to real estate was shaped by his earlier career as a teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools. His passion for helping others, coupled with his deep understanding of the housing market, makes him a trusted advisor for both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors alike.

Specializing in Northern Virginia, Jin is committed to delivering exceptional service to his clients, ensuring that their real estate goals are met with care and precision. Outside of real estate, Jin is a proud husband and father to his two children. An avid sports fan, he cheers for the Washington Commanders, Washington Capitals, and New York Yankees. Jin also enjoys traveling with his family and indulging in his love for Jersey bagels and pizza.
