I quickly recognized that my extensive negotiation experience, coupled with the advanced skills and training acquired over my previous ten-year career, would provide a distinct advantage to my clients and differentiate my services in the real estate sector.

"Bought a single family home in 2026Our story with Harrison Williams is a cinematic one!We have been debating about home ownership for a long time and we were in that undecided state since before pandemic.In summer 2023, we decided to go to some open houses to know ‘the lay of the land’ and to get some idea about what the si… ngle family home or townhome in NOVA looked like. We had no clue as to what single family home or townhome was, as we had been living in an apartment.We might have gone to 5-6 open houses that summer. And in one of those open houses we met Harrison Williams. We talked, maybe for 5 minutes, about some random stuff including how a fireplace can be converted to a pizza oven. And we left. After a few more houses we returned to our ‘still undecided phase’.Fast forward 2 years, we were still discussing home ownership. To break the limbo, we decided to talk to a realtor. There were some realtors our friends and acquaintances had recommended. But, somehow, as fate would have it, that 5 minute conversation with Harrison had stuck with us for some reason. We couldn’t remember his name correctly. Just that his first name starts with an ‘H’ and also him telling us to check his Zillow reviews. After 2 days of scouring through Zillow, we finally found him. We gave him a call and told him we had met him 2 years ago. ( It sounded ridiculous even to us.)We set up a meeting with him and lo and behold, when we arrived, Harrison had a printout waiting for us with the details of the house where we first met him. We realized our match was meant to be. That meeting brought a lot of clarity to us, about the housing market, what is it’s current state, what we should look for and what we can expect. Thus started our house hunting journey.The best thing with Harrison was that he educated us. He taught us which areas to look for and what house will be suitable for us, not just as a home, but also for building equity. He taught us how to identify red flags in a property and taught us to make informed decisions. He was amazingly detail oriented and knowledgeable. He took us to many properties to teach us about different home styles so that we can identify and understand what we want as our home. He was incredibly patient and at the same time direct with us as he guided us through the tough NOVA real estate market. He coached us to understand what we need and want in a house. It took one year for us to find our house, but he never pressured us. When at times, the house hunt became frustrating, he would bolster our spirits. He always says ‘right house will find you’ and it did. We did not find our house, the house found us and Harrison was instrumental in making that happen. Our home was not in our radar of potential houses. Harrison found it for us. He could see us living here. He called us and asked to come see it. And then rest is history.For us the ‘putting in proposal was a cakewalk’ thanks to Harrison as he had already prepped us up and ready to go with the mortgage company. With his incredible negotiating skills, he secured our house with favorable terms for us from multiple offers.We realized that finding and securing the house is just half the battle. As first time home buyers, we didn’t have a clue about the process. But Harrison coached us through that and made it as seamless as possible. The offer-to-close on our house took just 16 days. He has a very good network of lender, mortgage company and title company which made the process efficient and smooth.Even after closing, Harrison checked in with us periodically to make sure everything is working out right and our moving in was easy. He gave us practical advice and tips which are very helpful as we navigate our new home.We cannot vouch enough for Harrison. As his clients, you are going to get a realtor who is personally invested in you, who looks for your best interest and who accommodates even your trivial (to many) requisites ( We wondered how he does that as his client cards are full ). He is very responsive and is reachable day or night, weekday or weekend and even on vacation. He is quick to address any concerns you might have.
