As the Transaction Team Manager at Debbie Dogrul Associates (DDA), the #1 eXp Realty Team in Virginia, I oversee our dedicated transaction coordinators and administrative assistants to ensure every listing and contract is managed with precision, communication, and care. Supporting the people and processes behind more than 500 annual home sales, I help keep each transaction running smoothly from contract to close so our clients can move forward with confidence.

Licensed in Virginia and Alabama and certified as a Military Relocation Professional, I bring a strong service foundation to DDA built on 15 years of leadership as a restaurant manager for a large, high-volume brand. That experience shaped my strengths in customer service, operations, problem solving, and team leadership, all of which now support our more than 35 full-time Realtors and the thousands of clients we serve across Northern Virginia.

I specialize in transaction coordination, marketing support, listing management, and delivering exceptional client experiences. My goal is to ensure that every buyer and seller benefits from DDA’s signature communication, organization, and trusted systems. Our team’s proven track record, including more than 1,842 client reviews and $365 million in sales volume in 2024, reflects the service standards I am proud to help lead.

We had been debating home ownership since before the pandemic. In summer 2023, we decided to visit a few open houses just to understand what single-family homes and townhomes in Northern… Virginia looked like. He was incredibly patient and at the same time direct with us as he guided us through the tough NOVA real estate market. He coached us to understand what we need and want in a house. It took one year for us to find our house, but he never pressured us. When at times, the house hunt became frustrating, he would bolster our spirits. He always says ‘right house will find you’ and it did. We did not find our house, the house found us and Harrison was instrumental in making that happen. Our home was not in our radar of potential houses. Harrison found it for us. He could see us living here. He called us and asked to come see it. And then rest is history. For us the ‘putting in proposal was a cakewalk’ thanks to Harrison as he had already prepped us up and ready to go with the mortgage company. With his incredible negotiating skills, he secured our house with favorable terms for us from multiple offers. We realized that finding and securing the house is just half the battle. As first time home buyers, we didn’t have a clue about the process. But Harrison coached us through that and made it as seamless as possible. The offer-to-close on our house took just 16 days. He has a very good network of lender, mortgage company and title company which made the process efficient and smooth. Even after closing, Harrison checked in with us periodically to make sure everything is working out right and our moving in was easy. He gave us practical advice and tips which are very helpful as we navigate our new home. We cannot vouch enough for Harrison. As his clients, you are going to get a realtor who is personally invested in you, who looks for your best interest and who accommodates even your trivial (to many) requisites ( We wondered how he does that as his client cards are full ).
