As the Transaction Team Manager at Debbie Dogrul Associates (DDA), the #1 eXp Realty Team in Virginia, I oversee our dedicated transaction coordinators and administrative assistants to ensure every listing and contract is managed with precision, communication, and care. Supporting the people and processes behind more than 500 annual home sales, I help keep each transaction running smoothly from contract to close so our clients can move forward with confidence.

Licensed in Virginia and Alabama and certified as a Military Relocation Professional, I bring a strong service foundation to DDA built on 15 years of leadership as a restaurant manager for a large, high-volume brand. That experience shaped my strengths in customer service, operations, problem solving, and team leadership, all of which now support our more than 35 full-time Realtors and the thousands of clients we serve across Northern Virginia.

I specialize in transaction coordination, marketing support, listing management, and delivering exceptional client experiences. My goal is to ensure that every buyer and seller benefits from DDA’s signature communication, organization, and trusted systems. Our team’s proven track record, including more than 1,842 client reviews and $365 million in sales volume in 2024, reflects the service standards I am proud to help lead.
