I’m Crystal Davis, an Inside Sales Manager, licensed real estate professional, and educator with Debbie Dogrul Associates (DDA), the #1 eXp Realty team in Virginia. Our team serves Northern Virginia with 500+ annual transactions and 1,800+ five-star reviews, built on a reputation for high-level service and results.

I joined DDA in 2021 after more than a decade in property management and quickly found my stride in client care, leadership, and training. I started as an ISA, grew into a Lead role, and now support both clients and agents as Inside Sales Manager—helping agents strengthen communication, systems, and confidence to deliver an exceptional experience.

I also co-founded Optimum Property Management, which shaped my approach to structure, service, and scalable operations. Today, I’m focused on creating clear pathways for future agents through DDA Spark Real Estate School and my work as an instructor with Moseley Flint Schools of Real Estate.

I’m proud to support community outreach through the DDA Love Foundation and have been honored as Team Member of the Year in 2021, 2023, and 2024. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me traveling, painting, swimming, and challenging myself in my fitness journey.
