Scholarship

The DDA Love Foundation Resilience Scholarship is open to rising high school seniors who have demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity. If you - or a student you know - are committed to making a positive impact through service, leadership, or community involvement, we encourage you to apply now.

This scholarship supports resilient students and furthers our mission to enrich and impact lives through real estate.

*This scholarship is open to seniors from these schools: Annandale HS, Falls Church HS, Lake Braddock Secondary, Robinson Secondary, West Springfield HS, and Woodson HS.

Food for others donation

Through the DDA Love Foundation, we are proud to support Food For Others with funds raised throughout 2025. This contribution reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities we serve and addressing food insecurity here in Northern Virginia. We are grateful for the collective efforts of our clients, agents, and partners who make it possible to create meaningful impact beyond real estate.

Food Drive 2025

Our team hosted a community food drive at the Kings Park Giant, gathering donations to support Food for Others and their mission to assist families facing food insecurity in Northern Virginia. In line with DDA Love’s commitment to serving and uplifting the local community, we collected essential items that will directly support neighbors experiencing hardship. Thanks to the generosity of local residents, the drive made a meaningful impact and strengthened our ongoing efforts to help those in need.

Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway 2025

Some members of our team helped support a local Thanksgiving initiative that provided 100 holiday meal packages to neighbors in need throughout Northern Virginia. The packages included non-perishable sides, ingredients for a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal, and a grocery gift card to help families complete their holiday table. Our team assisted with organizing, preparing, and distributing the packages to ensure local families received support during the holiday season.

Honduras 2025

Members of our Team DDA family traveled to Honduras to help build homes and support communities in need. Thanks to the generous support of our clients, partners, and community, we’ve been able to make a meaningful impact both here in Northern Virginia and abroad. Together, we’re demonstrating that real estate is about more than homes. It is about hope, service, and strengthening the communities we touch.

Food For Others 5k Race 2025

Some members of our team participated in the 12th Annual Tysons 5K & Fun Run to support Food for Others and raise awareness for the 75,000+ individuals facing food insecurity in Fairfax County. We were grateful to join the community in helping local families and children in need through Food for Others’ essential programs.

Bingo Night Fundraiser 2025

Another successful Bingo Night Fundraiser at the Auld Shebeen in Fairfax City!
Thanks to the generosity, enthusiasm, and support of our amazing clients and partners, the DDA Love Foundation exceeded our fundraising goal—and had a wonderful time doing it! Every ticket purchased, every game played, and every laugh shared contributed to making a real difference for our local charities—Food for Others, The Lamb Center, Palmetto International Missions, and Phillip Programs. Everyone's participation and kindness go a long way in supporting these amazing organizations and the important work they do in our community. We are truly grateful to all who came together to make a real difference!

Impact Day - July 2025

Some of our amazing team members took time off on DDA Love Impact Day to give back—volunteering at The Lamb Center and Food for Others. We're proud to support these incredible local organizations and continue our mission to enrich and impact lives through real estate and service.

Food Drives 2025

Throughout the year, the DDA Love Foundation has proudly hosted several food drives at the Kings Park Giant store to support Food for Others. Based in Fairfax, Food for Others works hard to make sure no one in Northern Virginia has to choose between food and other basic needs like housing or healthcare. They provide meals and groceries to families facing food insecurity, often through donations and rescued food. Supporting this incredible organization is just one of the many ways we stay committed to giving back to our community.

Winter Coat Drive 2024

Each holiday season, we are inspired by the generosity of our incredible clients who support our winter coat drive. While picking up their complimentary holiday pies, many also donated gently used coats, which we sorted and delivered to local charities The Lamb Center and ECHO. Your kindness makes a meaningful impact in our community—thank you for your continued support!

Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway 2024

Each year, it’s our annual tradition to give away 100 Thanksgiving dinner care packages to local families who could use a little extra support during the holiday season. This tradition is part of our ongoing commitment to give back and show our appreciation to the community that supports us throughout the year. We are grateful for the opportunity to help make the holiday season a little brighter, and we hope these care packages bring joy and warmth to the families who receive them.

Building Homes in Honduras 2024

This is our second year partnering with Palmetto International Missions to help build houses in the Copán region in Honduras.

Bingo Night Fundraiser 2024

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual DDA Love Fundraiser at The Auld Shebeen! The event was a massive success, with a great turnout and an electric atmosphere. The raffle and bingo prizes were a big hit, and we’re proud to say that, with your help, we achieved our fundraising goal that will benefit local charities such as Food for Others, The Lamb Center, and Phillips School (Annandale). We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to our partners who sponsored the event—your support was invaluable. Together, we made a real difference in our community!
