Peyton started his real estate career after completing his studies of consumer studies and real estate at Virginia Tech. He proceeded to take a job at Debbie Dogrul Associates ensuring seamless transactions for hundreds of clients. Passionate about real estate; the transition to helping home buyers was a perfect fit. In his free time, Peyton enjoys spending time cheering on his beloved Hokies with his wife Emily, their son Duke, daughter Kennedy and energetic pups Riley and Luna. Appreciative that so many clients have trusted Peyton with their home purchases; Peyton ensures that his negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia real estate market help his clients sort out all of the "houses" so his clients can find home.

I knew listing agents would feel the same way, and in a market like this, you want the listing agent to lean in when you talk. Once we found the house we wanted, he made chess-master moves. We hit about five decision points along the way and at each one he was our trusted advisor, coaching us on our options and what could happen down each path. He'd share what might put us in a good light but never with a tone of judgement if we just couldn't swing it financially. Throughout, he had strong communication and rapport and utmost professionalism with the listing agent and our mortgage lenders, just as I predicted and hoped he would. I don’t have a doubt in my mind that in this highly competitive market, Donovan was our guardian angel. This is the home we’ll live in until our little ones head off to college, and long after. It's our forever home. We look around and feel like we’ve somehow caught a chapter of the American dream. We’re on a cul-de-sac street, so our kids play outside with the neighborhood kids every night until dinner. The ice cream truck comes by and the birds are chirping and the squirrels are romping.
